Weekly Event: Wednesdays: Virology Journal Club
The Virology Journal Club (VJC) meets on most Wednesdays at Noon in 18-211 Moos Tower during the Fall and Spring Semesters. The VJC is led by IMV Investigator Dr. Steve Rice. The setting is informal, so it's a great time to become more comfortable speaking in front of others and leading a discussion about a specific virus research article. Click here for the current VJC schedule.
Monthly Event: Research in Progress
The IMV Research in Progress usually take place on the second Wednesdsay of the month during the school year. These presentations, given by IMV investigators, graduate students, and post-docs, focus on virology research being conducted currently at the University of Minnesota and by Affiliate IMV Investigators at the Mayo Clinic. Talks are held at 12pm in 18-211 Moos Tower. Click here for a list of past speakers.
